Shipping policy
How long it takes
Your keepsake's timeline has two parts:
- Handcrafting: up to 20 days after you approve your sketch. You'll get your sketch within 24 hours of ordering.
- Shipping: the delivery estimate for your region, below.
Delivery estimates
- United States & Canada: about 7–15 business days
- UK & Europe: about 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: about 10–15 business days
- Southeast Asia: about 7 days
- Rest of the world: about 15–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, customs checks and weather can add a few days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. You can choose Standard or Expedited shipping, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. The delivery estimates above are for Standard shipping.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as your keepsake leaves our studio.
Customs and import taxes
Your keepsake ships internationally. Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These aren't included in our price and are paid by the recipient. Please check your local rules if you're unsure.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us before your keepsake ships and we'll update it. We can't change the address once the parcel is on its way.
