What photos do you need?
3–5 clear, well-lit photos of your pet, with at least one straight-on shot of the face. Our Photo Guide shows exactly what works best.
How do I send my photos?
Upload them when you order, or simply reply to your order confirmation email with your photos attached.
Can you make a keychain of a pet who has passed away?
Yes, and we'd be honored to. Send us every photo you have, even older or imperfect ones, and tell us the details that matter most to you. We'll let you know honestly what we can capture, and you'll approve the design before we start carving.
Do you only make dogs and cats?
Not at all. Rabbits, birds, horses, guinea pigs: if you love them, we can carve them.
Design & approval
Will I see the design before you make it?
Yes. Within 24 hours of receiving your photos, we email you a hand-drawn design sketch. We revise it as many times as you need, and only start carving when you approve it.
Can I see it while it's being made?
Yes. Halfway through, we send you photos of your work-in-progress keychain. If anything needs adjusting, just tell us, as many times as you need.
What can you engrave on the back?
Your pet's name, a date, or a short word, up to 10 characters. Engraving is free. Add it on the product page when you order.
Making & shipping
How long does it take?
Handcrafting takes up to 20 days after you approve your design, plus shipping time. See How It Works for delivery estimates by region.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are the buyer's responsibility.
I need it by a certain date. Can you help?
Contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it in time.
Returns & care
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because every keychain is made just for you, we can't accept returns once carving has begun. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your design sketch. If your keychain arrives damaged, or doesn't match the design you approved, contact us and we'll make it right.
How do I care for my leather keychain?
Keep it away from prolonged water and direct heat. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Over time the leather will soften and deepen in color. That's natural, and part of its charm.
