Every Momopaw keychain is hand-carved from leather, just for you, from your pet's photos. No molds, no printers, no two pieces alike. And you approve every step before we move on.
1. Choose your design
Pick your style and leather color, and add your pet's name to be engraved on the back (free, up to 10 characters).
2. Send your photos
Upload 3–5 clear photos of your pet at checkout, or email them to us after ordering. Not sure which photos work best? See our Photo Guide.
3. Approve your design sketch (within 24 hours)
Within 24 hours of receiving your photos, our artisan emails you a hand-drawn design sketch. Want the ears a little floppier or the eyes a little brighter? Just tell us. We'll revise the sketch as many times as you need, until you love it. We only start carving once you say yes.
4. We hand-carve your piece, and check in with you
Your artisan cuts, carves, colors, stitches and finishes your keychain entirely by hand. Halfway through, we send you photos of your work-in-progress piece so you can see it come to life and ask for any adjustments, again as many as you need. Handcrafting takes up to 20 days. Every piece is one of a kind, just like your pet.
5. Shipped to your door
Once you're happy, your keychain is packed gift-ready and shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Southeast Asia: about 7 days
- United States & Canada: about 7–15 business days
- UK & Europe: about 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: about 10–15 business days
- Rest of the world: about 15–25 business days
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
